Key Responsibilities
- Run readiness assessments to gauge how prepared client organisations are for implementation.
- Interview stakeholders, analyse existing governance practices, and map out where improvements are needed.
- Craft no-nonsense, actionable roadmaps for adopting our Framework and Methods.
- Benchmark governance maturity and align compliance with APPs, ISM, PSPF, ACSC Essential Eight, and international standards like ISO 27001 and COBIT.
- Deliver end-to-end advisory — from design through deployment and performance monitoring.
- Help clients translate our Framework into plain-English strategies that support business goals and cut compliance risk.
- Guide boards and execs to build integrated oversight dashboards and reporting systems.
